This iced tea is a customer favourite in our store, but it’s so easy to make we thought we’d share the recipe with you! This particular recipe makes two liters, but feel free to double it. As long as it’s refrigerated it keeps well.
Bring the 2 liters of water to 80 degrees celsius. Do not use boiling water when steeping green tea because it will burn the leaves, making your tea bitter. Once your water is at the right temperature add 20 grams of Jasmine Blossom tea. Steep for 2 minutes.
Once the 2 minutes steep is over strain the tea into large pot. While the tea is still warm add in your honey and stir to dissolve. Let cool.
Once the tea is cooled down to room temperature squeeze in the juice of 1 ½ lemons. Taste after adding lemon and adjust to your liking!
- Pour over ice and enjoy all summer long. This tea will keep in the fridge for 10 days.

Try adding fresh mint into the mix with freshly squeezed lime juice instead of lemon.
Turn your iced tea into a sparkling tea cocktail: use equal portions iced tea + prosecco (or sparkling water for a mocktail version).
Add fresh strawberries (or any other summery fruit!) into your tea once its made. You'll add an all natural flavour boost for something extra special.
