Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders are shipped exclusively via UPS and via Canada Post ground service for addresses with a P.O. Box.

For Express Delivery, additional charges will apply. Please contact us to arrange express delivery.
Any orders to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon may require a surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.
Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. Orders are not processed on weekends and Canadian holidays.
Tracking Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it for a store credit. No returns possible on food products (teas, syrups, provisions, etc.). On any returned product, you will receive a store credit for the full price that you paid and you will only incur the shipping cost, which will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product to us. Exchanges and returns can also be done in store at 810C 16th Ave, SW, Calgary, AB.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order with the details of the defects so we can take action.
